Urte Sabelus, qualified PR consultant

Urte Sabelus trained in air transport management at Lufthansa in Germany. In 1991 she moved to Zurich where she worked at Trimedia PR agency.

From 1996 to 1998 Urte Sabelus trained while on the job to become a qualified PR consultant, graduating with a diploma from the Swiss PR Institute (SPRI) in Bienne.

In 1997 she switched to the client side with Esprit.

In 1998 she founded Sabelus Public Relations. With Esprit as her first customer, Urte Sabelus started life as a freelance.

In 2004 Urte Sabelus worked mainly as communications support in the fundraising sector, developing print-materials for various donation campaigns. At the same time she took on communications jobs for Zurich International School (ZIS). Since then she has been responsible for the school's media relations as her principal account.

In autumn 2009 she changed her firm's name to Ultravox GmbH.
